Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping

Every item is printed to order by our production partner. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, then shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. You’ll get tracking by email once it ships, and you can check status and print a receipt anytime on the My orders page. Shipping is charged at our cost.

The countries we can ship to are listed in the country picker at checkout. Not every item reaches every country — our print partners each cover a different list — so if something in your cart can’t be sent to your address, the cart says which item as soon as you pick your country. International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes on arrival, which are the buyer’s responsibility and aren’t included in the total you pay here.

Returns and problems

Because each piece is made for you, we can’t take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind, so check the size chart before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email murphsswagshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you. If a package is lost in transit, reach out and we’ll work it out with the carrier.

Limited runs: if something goes wrong on our side after you pay and we can’t fulfill the order, you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method (card, or USDC back to the wallet that paid).

Discounts

Holder discounts are checked by having you sign a message with your Algorand wallet. That signature is never sent to the network and can’t move funds. Coupons and holder discounts don’t combine unless the coupon says so; you get whichever is bigger.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, and shipping address to fulfill your order, and your wallet address if you verify holdings or pay with USDC. Your details are shared only with the services needed to complete the order: our print partner (Printify), Stripe for card payments, and our email provider for order updates. We don’t sell your information. Wallet payments are recorded on the public Algorand blockchain. To ask about or delete your data, email murphsswagshop@gmail.com.
